I Get It...

My name is Marta Mazzoni and I invite you to join me on a journey of self discovery!


I host Marta on the Move Podcast that talks about lifestyle, travel, and entertainment. I am a person that has struggled with their weight all their lives, who was never motivated to work out, was the queen of yo-yo dieting, and at one point weighed over 200lbs and was in a terrible mental state.


I have tried almost every diet and exercise plan that has emerged on the market in the past 20 years. Last year after a bad car accident that resulted in terrible pain, I began to take health more seriously, and focused my studies on wellness and getting to know what brings me true happiness. I became a yoga instructor, studied meditation, reiki and mobility.


During my experiences and studies I noticed a missing KEY factor to programs I have tried in the past. They left me feeling unfulfilled, and unsatisfied. Something was missing...


Sure my body felt great physically, but why wasn’t I motivated or inspired in other parts of my life. Where was the mind + body connection?


To me, mindset is EVERYTHING. Without a healthy mindset everything in your life may feel daunting, foggy, or uninspired.

In my research for this course, I have spoken and interviewed over 45 people, and they feel the same way that I do that mindset is the KEY to contentment and going deeper into self discovery.

Why were all these diet and exercising plans not addressing it, and most importantly- How do we do it? 


Everyone wants to feel better, happier, and have clarity of mind and body, they just don’t have the tools needed to succeed. Allow me to provide those for you.

bringing all my knowledge that brought me back from over a 200lb weight, shifted my habits, and allowed me to go deeper into my true self of where I am now and what brings me fulfillment. I want to share it all with you!


3 to be Me is broken down into a simple step by step 3 week practical course for you to take action and make a change!

It starts with nourishment of the body, adds in active movement, and then explores mindfulness.

This 3 week course is for EVERYBODY. The person who hits the gym everyday, or someone just starting out. A person who has healthy eating habits, or someone who is loving on some pizza all the time. A person who wants to go deeper into getting to know themselves, or just needs a little push for healthy habits.

It has worked for me time and again, and I believe it will work for you too!
